| Abstract: | The present work is based on five specimens of
fossil Cycadean stems collected from the Rajmahal
hills, Bihar. One of the stems is especially interesting because it has got a Williamsonia type of flower attached to it at the apex. These stems
have been compared with the other fossil Cycadean
stems and Protocyathea rajmahalense Jacob. |
