| Abstract: | The present paper contains a systematic description of the miospore assemblage recovered from the Lower Gondwana coals of Pench-Kanhan and Pathakhera coalfields. It has been referred to 37 genera and 61 species out of which 5 species are new. The morpllOgrapbic characters of the new species have been described in detail. |
